For the B2C report, Forrester analyzed 10 companies that provide B2C commerce services and concluded that leaders “play a critical role in defining the future state of digital business together with their clients.”

In the B2B report, Forrester looked at 12 companies with proven experience delivering successful omnicommerce projects. Service providers were evaluated on strategy, customer experience design, technology and managed services capabilities, among other categories. SapientNitro was, again, named a leader.
Andy Hoar and Adam Silverman, co-authors of the report, wrote that leaders “possess a ‘sum equals more than its parts’ combination of strong digital commerce strategies and significant technology implementation and execution experience.” They also stated that the leaders “offer a differentiated approach across the aggregate of both front-office and back-office services to drive omnichannel commerce engagement.” About SapientNitro, the authors said that the company “boasts strong B2B eCommerce customer engagement, growth strategy and road map development capabilities and channel optimization offerings.”
