When I started my career with SapientRazorfish 17 years ago, I was captivated by the brilliant thinking that permeated every aspect of the culture — it’s the not-so-secret ingredient that fuels my passion for the transformative work we do. What I love most about my job is that in the end, it’s always about the people. Whether we’re planning a client’s digital evolution or fostering cutting-edge thinking within our own organization, people are always at the core of our decisions.
In my role as North Region Lead in North America, I’m responsible for leading the agency’s presence in Canada, as well as our offices in Cleveland, Dayton and Detroit. Throughout my tenure with SapientRazorfish, I’m proud to have worked hand-in-hand with our clients to create omni-channel, customer-centric strategies that spurred real transformation across a variety of industries — including automotive, financial services and retail in both B2B and B2C capacities.
As a leader, I’m extremely passionate about diversity: in gender, in thinking, in background, in all its forms. I believe creating diverse teams, at all levels of the organization, is critical for realizing our best work. Architecting a team that will have the right people in the room to challenge each other, to question how things have always been done and to represent customer views allows us to push clients intellectually and provide truly innovative solutions to their business problems.
Prior to SapientRazorfish, I worked at Ernst & Young in the Strategic Advisory Services Group. I have an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago and a BA in English from the University of Michigan.
Outside of the office, I’m an OrangeTheory Fitness fanatic, which I try to balance with some yoga. My guilty pleasure is reading the New York Times Sunday Styles section.
