As our Global Chief Creative & Experience Officer, I partner with the Global Chief Creative Officer to lead all aspects of the creative discipline globally — from digital and mobile experiences to responsive environments to omni-channel commerce and brand communications campaigns. After over 20 years in experience design, one principle guides my approach to everything: people first.
 
“People first” means being less concerned about how technology can reach people and more focused on how it can actually improve their lives. I am passionate about the role that innovation and technology is having on improving the lives of consumers around the world and instilling this approach in my teams. Taking this “people first” approach has helped me create impact and earn awards for some of the world’s leading brands.

I am also proud to be a published author on the topics of customer experience, innovation, and design. My first book “UX for Dummies” was published in May 2014.
