When it comes to architecting a business set up for success in the future, one size does not fit all.

As East Region Lead for SapientRazorfish North America, I am ultimately responsible for the success of all our clients in the region. I spend much of my time collaborating with senior client leaders to solve their most challenging business problems. Beyond client growth, I am also responsible for the growth of our people and cultivation of our unique culture in the East Region, which spans New York, Boston and Arlington.

At SapientRazorfish, we are uniquely equipped to make our clients successful, which makes my role all the more rewarding. In 20 years of professional experience, I’ve learned that the key to success is in the alchemy of technology, cutting-edge creativity and data-driven strategy. Many organizations can deliver well in one of these areas, but that’s not enough to make an impact — a holistic approach is critical, and SapientRazorfish has the necessary combination of raw horsepower, scale and diversity of talent to generate tangible results. This is the best part of my position: getting to know the nuances of our clients and their challenges and determining how to best leverage our talented people to meet their needs.

Beyond the technology and trends, it’s ultimately people who are the key differentiator for modern organizations. It’s critical to understand that today’s businesses need to shift to a mindset that’s demand-based, where the customer experience is at the center of everything. In my experience, bringing diverse people and perspectives together often results in better results. I truly believe that the best outcomes are those developed by having diversity in our approach to working together. This is a core principle of how we assemble our teams and solve problems for our clients at SapientRazorfish that I am especially passionate about as East Region Lead.

Before taking on my current role, I led SapientNitro’s Retail industry vertical globally and managed the New York office. Throughout my career, I’ve piloted large-scale transformational programs and worked alongside some of the greatest minds in the industry to solve complex challenges and guide blue chip brands through lucrative business transformation. When I’m not working, I’m most likely spending time with my wife and two kids. You might also find me fly fishing, exercising my passion for photography or traveling (both for work and leisure).
