As Co-Lead and Managing Director of SapientRazorfish in North America, I oversee a cross-disciplinary team of more than 4,000 people across strategy, technology and creative where, combined, we have the scale and deep expertise across verticals to help our clients reimagine their businesses.
In this role, I have the opportunity to witness examples of courage, leadership, pragmatism and innovation in everyone I work with – from our people, at all levels of the organization, to our clients who are changing the world. Building high-performing teams around our clients is inherent in the way we deliver and bring new solutions to market, all with a laser focus on client impact. My job is to be the catalyst and enabler that allows our people at SapientRazorfish to create and deliver great work.
Before taking on the role leading North America with my counterpart Chris Hall, I’ve held various roles within Sapient during my decade-long tenure with the company. Most recently, I served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of SapientNitro’s Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Regions, overseeing the agency’s presence in Boston, New York and Arlington. During this time I drove the growth and development of those regions while helping clients transform how they connected, and created deeply engaging experiences with their customers, while fueling continued success and profitability of their businesses. Before that, I was responsible for SapientNitro’s Global Media Practice spanning media strategy, planning and measurement. In my current role, I bring more than twenty years of experience managing high performing businesses — 13 of those years spent in the financial services industry at Citibank prior to joining Sapient.
I received a Master’s of Business Administration from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University. Outside of the office, I’m the self-proclaimed PR director for Staten Island, where I currently live with my wife, Danielle and our two girls, Karissa and Clara.
